1. Sponsor & Administrator

This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by LITRA LLC (“Litra” or “Sponsor”), 400 S Main St Ste 209, Los Angeles, CA 90013.

The Odyssey Campaign, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 42-3928961), is a beneficiary of donations referenced in these Rules but is not the Sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and of The Odyssey Campaign, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

All entrants must complete the following step:

• Follow both @litrapet and @odysseycampaign on Instagram, and remain a follower of both through the drawing date.

Then enter by either method below. Both methods are free of charge except as noted, and entries received by either method have an equal chance of winning on a per-entry basis.

Method A — Donation Entry. Make a donation to The Odyssey Campaign at theodysseycampaign.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Each one U.S. dollar ($1.00) donated earns one (1) entry, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Donations made to The Odyssey Campaign on or after 21 July 2026 and before the close of the Sweepstakes Period are counted automatically. Donations are not refundable and are not required to enter or win.

Method B — Free Entry. Send an email to contact@theodysseycampaign.com with the subject line ENTRY and include your full name, mailing address, email address, and Instagram handle. Each free-entry email earns one (1) entry. Limit: one (1) free entry per person per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted by any automated, robotic, macro, or programmed means are void.

Entries from both methods are combined into a single entry pool from which the winner is drawn. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason.

5. Prize

The entire prize, both the cash and the product portion, is furnished by LITRA LLC. The cash portion will be paid by check or electronic transfer; the product portion will be shipped to a U.S. address only. No funds of The Odyssey Campaign are used to fund any portion of the prize.

One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the value of the prize exceeds $600, the winner will be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, to be conducted on or about 15 August 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message using the contact information associated with the entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of first notification attempt and, if requested, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release, together with a completed IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) days of receipt.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time, is found ineligible, is not following both Instagram accounts at the time of the drawing, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Charitable Donations

The Odyssey Campaign is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Donations made to it are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors should note that under IRS rules the value of any prize or benefit received in connection with a donation may reduce the deductible portion of that donation. Entrants should consult their own tax advisor. Neither Sponsor nor The Odyssey Campaign provides tax advice.

All donations made to The Odyssey Campaign are received and used by the charity in furtherance of its charitable purposes regardless of the outcome of this Sweepstakes.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning; in such event, the winner may be selected at random from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Odyssey Campaign, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, possession, or use of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. Entrant information provided to The Odyssey Campaign in connection with a donation is subject to the charity's own privacy practices. Information will be used to administer this Sweepstakes and, where an entrant has opted in, for marketing communications, from which the entrant may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Early Supporter Giveback — Winner Request, LITRA LLC, 400 S Main St Ste 209, Los Angeles, CA 90013, to be received no later than 15 September 2026. The winner will also be announced on @litrapet.
